Document (1) in Trail of the Eagle can be found on the left side of the puzzle. To get it you have to go through the whole puzzle and get to the left side of the location.

Survival cache

Survival cache (1) in this location you will find it on the right side of the puzzle. It is located on the outer part of the puzzle (behind the wall). Don't look for a secret while performing the task.
