This will allow you to reach the fragment of the balcony with a Gear - 3G. Fortunately, even if the plank collapses, this will pose no threat to Garrett's life (you will only miss the opportunity to collect the gear. In such a situation, walk over the pipe to reach a ladder, thanks to which you will return to the upper level. In both cases, you will reach a section with flames. You need to watch out, because your character mawy catch on fire and, as a result, he will lose a lot of health points. You can use Swoop to avoid the flames, or simply run. At the very end, enter the sprinting mode, because you need to reach the tunnel entrance before the pipe, on which you walked, falls down. Follow the very short tunnel and wait for a good moment to run towards the exit [The Keep - Engine Level] that you can see in the distance. You need to time it well, or otherwise Garret will be squashed.
