The merchant

I recommend that you take a very careful look around, because Garrett will bump into the friendly merchant to the left of the starting point. Unfortunately, this merchant mainly sells a bit less useful types of arrows. I recommend that you make sure have the maximum amount of food, because it will, exceptionally, come in handy in a dozen of minutes. After you are done with the merchant, go right. Start climbing the crates here, jump towards the rope and reach climb to reach the balcony above.

The venting shaft at the attic

Jump down to reach the attic of one of the buildings here [Dayport - Attic]. I recommend that you climb onto one of the crates on the right to reach the place where there is a Water Arrow. After you have explored the attic, crouch and start squeezing through the venting shaft. The game will soon load another location and your character will soon reach The Keep - Waterfront.
