This chapter starts with you in a small pier, at the path to the asylum [Moira Asylum - Path]. Start the linear walk along the path, during which you will not need to stop anywhere. After you approach the locked gates, use the claw on the right side of the gate, jump over the wall and approach the front yard [Moira Asylum - Grounds].

The main entrance becomes accessible only after several moments

The asylum's main entrance is unavailable, for the time being. Therefore, seize the opportunity and take a look around the location, In the area to the left of the main entrance, you can find a Hand Mirror - 28G and a plaque (City Heritage Plaques - Moira Asylum), which you can remove, using the Wrench. To the right of the main entrance, you can find two Chess Pieces - 2x10G and a Hairbrush - 4G. After several moments, you should hear the sound of door being opened so return to the newly-unlocked entrance and take it. Take a look through the keyhole in the next door, which leads to an unexpected denouement and allows you to walk into the lobby of the asylum [Moira Asylum - Lobby].
