Thief: Start the generator
Go West and examine the guard booth here. I recommend that you start by climbing onto the cupboard on the left and use the wirecutter on the box. This will allow you to open the proper cupboard safely, and collect the Microscope - 30G and a book (Baron Northcrest - Extracting the Primal). Apart from that, you will also find here two documents (Escape Note and Elevator Lock), as well as a Flash Bomb. Go West, examine the note (Sensory Deprivation) on the left wall and reach the generator room. Collect the Syringe - 6G and pull the marked lever.
