The described stash is located near the Huotari well, in the Coffee World amusement park, which is part of the Watery area. The place becomes available in Return 3.

Where to find the smile from the hint?

1. Go to the east of the stash to the central area of Coffee World.
2. The smile you are looking for is the largest Mr. Drippy statue from the screenshot above.

Acquire and use the key

1. Explore the area behind the large statue. In the bushes on the ground lies the key to the Coffee World stash - the above screenshot shows the spot.
2. Return with the key to the stash to pick up the free loot and find a new note.
