- Holders of the digital version of the game will be able to download it on both PS4 and PS5;
- Holders of the boxed version of the game will have to place the disc in the PS5 optical drive every time they want to download the game or run it.
Holders of a boxed version of Assassin's Creed Valhalla on PS4 who purchase a PS5 Digital Edition console will not receive a free digital version on PS5.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla new generation version (PS5) offers players a number of graphical improvements compared to the PS4 and Xbox One versions, such as higher texture resolution and better lighting quality, as well as faster loading times.
Saves can be transferred between PlayStation 4 and 5 versions. However, you need a Ubisoft Connect account to automatically synchronize data between platforms.
