Assassins Creed Valhalla: Gear - East Anglia secrets, locations
In Assassin's Creed Valhalla you can acquire gear not only on missions but also from special chests that contain interesting items. You can get a new weapon, shield or pieces of armor for free. However, some of the chests with gear are hidden inside buildings, tunnels, underground, or are locked. On this page of our guide, you will find out where the gear chests are located in the East Anglia region.
Plank and Buckler
Plank and Buckler are located in a cave, in the southern part of eastern England.
Enter the cave and then pull out a torch. You have to throw it perfectly into that narrow space above the rocks. In this way, you will damage the barrels on the other side. Move away from the rock, because it will explode right away.
Inside you will immediately notice a golden box that contains a heavy shield.
Magister's Mask
You will find the mask in the south of Northwie.
To get to it you need to call your allies. One of them will help you break down the door. When you get inside you can run straight to the chest and get your loot.
Magister's Cloak
You will find the cloak in the northwestern part of the map.
The chest is locked. You must find the key to open your treasure.
The key is on the table, right next to the tent where the chest is hidden.
Carolingian Longsword
You will find the item east of the hideout in the forest.
It is easy to get to this item. The best way is to get quietly into the tent, which is patrolled by only one guard. Thanks to this, you will finish it off silently and won't have to take on the rest of your enemies. Then go to the chest that has no lock. Take the gear and escape the enemy camp.
Thor's Helmet
The chest with the helmet is located in the eastern part of this region.
You can get this helmet only after killing three of the Daughters of Lerion. There is no other option to get to this chest.
