Assassins Creed Valhalla: Is it possible to hide the weapons?

Hiding individual parts of the gear makes the selected item not visible on the hero, but its stats are still working.

How to hide gear?

You can hide each piece of equipment by opening the gear window, moving the cursor over the selected piece of equipment, and then selecting the Hide Gear option. In this way, the selected element (bow, shield, or armor) will be invisible during the game. It should be added that parts of the armor that are invisible are still affecting your stats. Also, weapons that are hidden can still be used.

In the case of hiding pieces of armor, they will not be visible during the game but will still work as usual. When you hide a bow, it won't appear on Eivor's back until you press the shoot button (this also applies to the shield and other weapons).

In the picture above, the bow and shield are hidden. However, all you have to do is press the button corresponding to the item to make it appear immediately in Eivor's hands. When you are done using it, the item will become hidden again.
