Hogwarts Legacy will be a treat not only to Harry Potter fans. The game was announced in the fall of 2020 and already then, with one trailer, it aroused delight of both fans of the young wizard's adventures and players who had not necessarily enjoyed this (nor any other) magical universe before.
Childhood dreams coming true
The previews flaunt an incredible rendition of the Hogwarts Castle and of scenes similar to those we saw in the movies. Anyone who's ever done an online quiz like "Which Hogwarts house would you be in?" probably sighed softly with delight as they watched the placement ceremony on trailers. Considering the popularity of books by J. K. Rowling, as well as their film adaptations, we are tempted to say that almost everyone has wondered about what it would be like to study at Hogwarts.
The Hogwarts Legacy seems the perfect answer to that insatiable, childlike curiosity. This game, apart from a very polished visual side and exceptionally smooth, realistic character animations, seems to offer endless possibilities. Unfortunately, to see this in practice, we still have to wait a bit – Hogwarts Legacy will be released at Christmas 2022. The good news is that we will experience this magical adventure on almost any platform: the game will launch on PS4, PS5, XOne, XSX, PC and Nintendo Switch.
