A spin-off to the legendary RPG series developed by Lionhead studios. The game was created exclusively for Xbox 360 and the Kinect motion controller. The story takes place in the well-known land of Albion, but the gameplay mechanics were significantly simplified in order to support Kinect. It is a first-person action game with a linear story. The player is put in the shoes of a young coachman by the name of Gabriel. An unexpected meeting with a mysterious prophetess, Teresa, makes the protagonist set out on a dangerous journey during which he will have to face the evil threatening the entire land. The player will spend a lot of time driving Gabriel's carriage, exploring subsequent locations (including crypts and dungeons) and fighting gangs of Hobbes that roam the area. The game is controlled entirely with the player's movements and gestures, used to drive the carriage, during exploration, combat, and spellcasting.

Depending on the color and the type of the connected tiles, we charge various attacks that enable us to deprive our enemy of health points. As a reward for wins, the players receive experience points and coins. Both items enable us to develop our account and unlock useful abilities, acquire equipment (e.g. weapons, pieces of clothing, helmets), or upgrade the boat used to move around the game world.

The player's goal here is to achieve global domination. Each player controls their city-state and tries to gain the upper hand by moving their submarines. The game offers relatively unusual mechanics, because execution of plans based on the player's decision can take even several hours; the game goes on, while the player can be either taking care of something completely different or spending time talking to the other participants in order to make alliances, exchange information or, for instance, deceive them.

The creators drew their inspirations from other classic mobile games, such as Clash of Clans. Like other games representing this genre, Fort Raiders SMAAASSH! Divides its gameplay into two parts - the first one being the process of developing the titular forts, which are later on used by players to face the guardians of the mysterious Temple in the Clouds and reach its top floor. What distinguishes this game from other ‘Clash of Clans’ clones is the implementation of the side perspective accompanied by the 2D visuals. Forts can be developed upwards with stairs, bridges, and some additional strategic infrastructure including defensive structures, traps, and watchtowers. The fort development process goes in line with training an army and gathering resources one can use during battles. When in combat, the player is tasked with razing enemy forts to the ground, both the AI-controlled and those belonging to other players. Moreover, one can call upon the mercenaries - who feature some special abilities themselves - to help the player's army.

The hero the players get to control can represent different races, classes, and factions, each one featuring a unique set of skills, which gives the players much freedom during the character creation process. The battle for domination over particular worlds can take from one up to three months, during which the players compete for resources and rare pieces of equipment. Everything the players salvage can be later used in special zones under their rule. After a world is destroyed, our protagonist has to set off on another campaign, which might be governed by completely different rules.

As the Spanish, we try to become as rich as possible by conquering the Aztec “golden cities” and other uncharted corners of the new world. Playing as Aztects, we have to ensure our lands’ security and do whatever we can to make the Europeans go home empty-handed. The Nation Designer tool, which provides us with previously unavailable customization options, is an integral part of the expansion.

Ziggurat is a dungeon crawler with roguelike and action game elements developed by Milkstone. We play as a neophyte wizard who enters the titular ziggurat in order to prove his worth and earn the right to be called a powerful sorcerer. We will have to explore the building's many rooms, where we will encounter all kinds of enemies and traps. Our hero uses three types of magic: blue, orange, and green. Each of them is represented by spell books, staves, and objects we can simply throw. Each type of magic has its own energy bar which we can restore only by defeating enemies that use that exact type of magic. Like in many roguelike games, death is permanent in Ziggurat. However, when we start all over again, we get all the bonuses we've unlocked in our previous playthrough. There are twelve other playable characters to unlock, i.e. Shaman, Alchemist, Acrobat, Bard, or Vampire. The game features high-quality visuals. The levels we explore in Ziggurat are generated procedurally, making each playthrough a completely unique experience.

A 2D roguelike game with logic elements, inspired by the simple, yet perfect Hoplite. In Lamp and Vamp, the player assumes the role of a vampire, who sets off to search for the stronghold of his dreams. The road to success is filled with dangers – on his journey, the main protagonist has to face the villagers, guards, and priests, who all are hostile towards bloodsuckers hanging about their neighborhood. The gameplay is turn-based and is set on small, procedurally generated maps, on which the player has to reach a safe place represented by a coffin. This is not an easy task since, apart from the hostile people, the vampire has to avoid spotlights generated by the lamps some of the adversaries are carrying with them – the light drains the protagonist's vital energy nearly as efficiently as a wooden stake. All the health points the player loses can be regained by biting the necks of victims, which is very risky and requires one to remain hidden. As the game progresses, the player can develop the vampire’s statistics and activate special abilities useful in completing consecutive tasks.

A sports game with a minimalist style, inspired by the arcade 8-bit games. The game is marked by an unusual production process – the final form of the game has been developed thanks to the suggestions from the fans, who unceasingly provided the developers from Other Ocean with their ideas, while the developers have brought them into existence. The game puts a strong emphasis on the multiplayer experience. Players compete against each other in an arena, and they are tasked with putting the ball in the opponent’s goal. The gameplay somewhat resembles a futuristic crossover of basketball, soccer, and BomberMan. The players can face each other in two configurations – 1 vs 1, and 4 vs 4. Most importantly, the ‘no holds barred’ rule applies during the game, which means nothing is standing on one’s way to knock the opponent down, blow up a considerable part of the arena, or use a jetpack. The whole situation gets even more complicated by the fact that each goal is scored on a scale from 1 to 5, depending on the shooting position and the number of acquired multipliers. The game works with Twitch, allowing the players to stream their matches, during which the audience can influence the result of the game, e.g. by activating certain power-ups. #IDARB also features an editing tool for any new pieces of content.

In Gear Up, the players get to pilot battle machines constructedby themselves and participate in dynamic battles waged across visually diverse arenas. As the options are nearly limitless, is it very difficult to encounter an identical machine, which results in fresh, very replayable, and dynamic battles that emphasize the arcade aspects of the game. The players are given three game modes (Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and Conquest), which simultaneously can be enjoyed by up to 16 players. As one progresses through the game, they unlock new components and warehouse slots to improve their battle machine. The player is bound to appreciate the 3D cartoonish visuals based on the proprietary Traktor engine.

This machine wasn't very popular and currently is only used by the Spanish Air Force's national acrobatic team. The jet is recreated with attention to smallest details – both in its looks, construction (e.g. electric components, navigation, fuel and hydraulics systems) as well as its behavior in the air. In addition to that, accordingly to the rules of DCS World platform, players get access a fully interactive cockpit which can be customized. An unusual sports game that focuses on multiplayer modes. The title was developed by an independent studio PHL Collective, led by Nick Madonna. The game combines traits of hockey and miniature golf. The objective is to score a goal and win the match. However, the matches take place on arenas that are filled with dangerous traps and obstacles. While planning their actions, the players must take into consideration various walls, mines, spikes and other objects that make it impossible to perform a frontal assault. Each of more than twenty arenas has unique design and combination of obstacles. Combined with clever opponents, it makes the game unpredictable and interesting. The matches are played mostly in local multiplayer mode for up to eight players. A solo player can train in career mode that is divided into series of challenges. Xbox One version of the game additionally features a level editor.

An unusual variation on rugby, created by Ludometrics and set in a medieval, fantasy world. The player assumes control over a team of bullies whose task is to place the ball in the goal of the opponents by any means necessary. Each of the participants is described by its own health bar, and what follows, limited strength. Since the game is set in a world ruled by warlocks and their magic, this element was included in the mechanics as well. Thus not only can the player make use of brutal fouls that weaken the opponents, but also take advantage of many different spells and absurd gadgets, such as a portable hole that reckless opponents can fall into. On top of that, the player is capable of corrupting the judge, which is useful especially when one has no more than several minutes left to gain the upper hand on the opposing team. Bodycheck focuses mainly on delivering a multiplayer experience for up to 4 players.

The first expansion to the well-received turn-based strategy game Battle Academy 2: Eastern Front from Slitherine. The expansion pack recreates the eponymous Battle of Kursk, known as the greatest armored battle in world’s history. In the summer of 1943 the Nazi Germany made a desperate attempt at regaining the upper hand on the Eastern Front, throwing in almost all of their advanced combat vehicles. The Russians defending Kursk, however, predicted the enemy’s plan and kept shattering enemy squadrons one by one as they were approaching the city and managed to keep the Germans at bay. In the game you can pick one of the two sides of the conflict, either taking control of German tanks assaulting the city or the Soviet defenders trying to repel the offensive. Individual missions in both campaigns are tied to one another, which means that the loss you take in one battle carries over to the next one. Apart from these additional missions, Battle Academy 2: Battle of Kursk offers new units on both sides of the conflict.

With the threat of apocalypse looming nearby, the galactic leaders have decided to begin an aggressive program of colonization, using futuristic capsules, which creates various internal conflicts. The players choose one of the two warring factions, with the objective to retrieve the capsule taken over by the enemy. Each arena pits two two-manned teams against each other. Alien: Isolation - The Trigger is the fifth and final DLC for the science fiction horror game Alien: Isolation developed by Creative Assembly. This DLC is available for the game's season pass owners, but can also be bought separately. The expansion takes place prior to the events of the main game. We play as Ricardo, who, along with his supervisor, tries to remove a xenomorph from Sewastopol's deck. The Trigger does not introduce any new game modes or features and focuses on the already known Survivor mode. We explore three previously inaccessible areas of Sewastopol, with the disabled robot storage being one of them. All the time we have to hide from the murderous alien creature and the less, but still, dangerous androids. The entire expansion is a nice challenge for those who like survival because the new maps are filled with narrow corridors where it's difficult to find a hideout. The Alien that hunts us moves fast and is extremely responsive to any kind of activity or action we take.

Set in an open-world, a space survival simulation developed by a small, debuting studio, Fugitive Games. The action takes place in the distant future in which humans are forced to evacuate from the Earth after it is overrun by invaders. Those who survived found shelter in Ark 13 – the last spaceship left – and travel through the universe in search of a new home. As the captain of the vessel you must recruit crew, upgrade the ship, gather necessary resources, and establish diplomatic relations with alien races. However, they are not always friendly, so you have to be prepared to fight. For the most part you observe the action from the third-person perspective, but sometimes you are given a view from the bridge, from which you control the spaceship and give orders to the crew.

An important factor in Antipole DX is combat, during which you're a target for a hail of bullets, which are hard to avoid. You also have to be wary of deadly traps. Compared to the original game, Antipole DX features improved visuals, new levels, and enhanced versions of old levels, as well as some changes concerning boss enemies.
