As the title suggests, the add-on expands the game’s map by three Scandinavian countries: Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, and their respective road networks. During your career as a virtual driver you can visit such cities as Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen, Malmo, and Karlskrona. The locations were recreated based on authentic maps and photos. There are many other landmarks, including the headquarters of the famous car manufacturers Scania and Volvo. The game also introduces new types of roads and crossroads, and since most of Scandinavian trade is moved by sea, you will be visiting several well-known harbors. Finally, you get to admire the beautiful mountain landscapes and have to deal with tough weather conditions typical of this part of the continent.

Another mechanic simulator published by PlayWay – a studio known for publishing such games as Car Mechanic Simulator, Train Mechanic Simulator, and Space Mechanic Simulator. The game has been developed by Degenerals and allows the player to assume the role of an owner of the museum exhibiting tanks from the period of World War II. The gameplay is divided into several stages. In the first stage, one has to search for a machine, gather information on it, assemble a team of technicians, and set off to acquire the desired machine. The search area can be covered with an off-road vehicle, and after finding the wreckage, it has to be excavated and transported back to the museum using special equipment. Another stage focuses on renovating the acquired tank - the player has to remove the rust, replace all the damaged components, etc. In order to do this, one has to disassemble the entire vehicle, and after thorough cleaning, repainting, and replacing all the necessary parts, put it back together. Finally, the tank lands on the display at the museum and the player has to place info notes with interesting facts around the new showpiece. After that, one can start another assignment.

The farm is also maintained with plant protection products. During the game one can breed animals and grow plants in glass houses where a computer can regulate temperature and air humidity. In comparison to the previous installment of the series, Farm Expert 2017 features more advanced driving physics and soil behavior system. The graphics of the title aren’t much different from the ones in the previous year’s edition of the game.

The developers made sure to include faithfully recreate topography of each town (including landmark buildings like the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw or the Buda Castle in Budapest), as well as realistically depicted, dense network of national roads between them. Small changes we also introduced in the visuals, especially in landscapes along routes.

This is the debut from the independent developer Squad. The game is an unusual simulator requiring the player to develop their own space program from scratch. Kerbal Space Program combines features of many genres, but the most important part here is an extensive ship editor, which allows the player to design and build their own, unique spacecraft. The ship is then supposed to fly and land safely on a moon of the Kerbin planet. The spaceship is built from various elements - each of them affects it in flight and serves a specific purpose. Thanks to a realistic flight model, the player is capable of observing the effects of their work and monitoring a set of parameters describing the ship. Apart from the basic, sandbox mode, the game offers a set of story missions requiring the player to recruit a team, conduct research, build bases and visit dozens of planets.

Both areas are randomly generated before each game. The life of our hero can be endangered by various threats: hunger, thirst, heat during the day, or a sudden drop in temperature at night. An encounter with a shark or sailing into the open sea during a storm may also prove deadly. Additionally, the game features an intuitive crafting system, which allows the player to create simple tools as well as more advanced structures such as a raft or a makeshift hut. High quality graphic design, featuring dynamic weather and a night-and-day cycle, stands out in comparison to other games of this popular genre.

The players assume the role of fighter pilots and can pilot hundreds of carefully recreated World War II aircrafts. The developers made sure that battlefield reality is faithfully reflected not only in the air, but also on the land (artillery, infantry) and at sea (navy). Progress allows us to upgrade our planes, buy new kinds of weapons as well as learn new piloting skills. War Thunder stands out from its competitors thanks to its high-quality visuals and realistic flight physics.

When we start our adventure with PC Building Simulator, we have a simple PC case at our disposal and we have to put the motherboard, the power supply unit, the GPU, and other PC components in the right place. After doing so, we will have to connect them with the right cables. The game uses a simple and intuitive interface. The creator of PC Building Simulator was authorized by the leading manufacturers of PC parts to use the likeness of their products. Thanks to that, we will use PC parts that we can actually buy in stores.

Silent Hunter III is the third installment in the World War II submarine simulator series. In comparison with the previous game, Ubisoft implemented many changes and improvement in Silent Hunter III, with modern 3D visuals that render the game in a rather realistic way. The game offers us four types of U-boots in ten different development versions. All interiors and onboard devices (we can use all of them) are rendered in 3D with highest attention to detail. Each member of our crew has their own individual model and a skill set on which we base their duties. Moreover, they gain experience as we play making them more useful and reliable. Silent Hunter III focuses on a campaign during which we climb up the military rank ladder. The game comes with a level editor, in addition to single player missions, that allows players to create their own levels. Developers also included a multiplayer mode for those who are interested.

Similarly to its predecessors, X4: Foundations focuses mostly on giving the players a freedom in how they want to play. At the beginning the player takes control of a cheap space ship with weak specifications. He is being thrown into the middle of an open galaxy. Depending on their choices, they can become a space merchant, a pirate, a soldier, a bounty hunter, an assassin, an explorer or a miner. The gameplay mechanics are more faithful to the first games in the series than to the newest installments. Many simplifications were removed in favor of mechanics known from X3: Terran Conflict, now improved and upgraded with some novelties. The player can pilot many types of ships that can be freely upgraded and modified. The dynamical game world is constantly shaped by player’s actions.

An open world submarine simulator created in Poland by Deep Water Studio. The game takes place during World War II and the player assumes the role of a captain of a German submarine who completes various missions inspired by historical events. Mechanics of UBOOT combine the features of Silent Hunter and Fallout Shelter and the main task of the player is to take care of the crew. One must consider physical and emotional limitations of his subordinates, assign functions to them etc. Each crew member has his own personality and different weaknesses which can be revealed if the captain fails to keep balance between discipline and despotism. As the game progresses one can upgrade the submarine, but our opponents obtain new technologies, such as radar, as well.
