Silent Hunter III

Silent Hunter III is the third installment in the World War II submarine simulator series. In comparison with the previous game, Ubisoft implemented many changes and improvement in Silent Hunter III, with modern 3D visuals that render the game in a rather realistic way. The game offers us four types of U-boots in ten different development versions. All interiors and onboard devices (we can use all of them) are rendered in 3D with highest attention to detail. Each member of our crew has their own individual model and a skill set on which we base their duties. Moreover, they gain experience as we play making them more useful and reliable. Silent Hunter III focuses on a campaign during which we climb up the military rank ladder. The game comes with a level editor, in addition to single player missions, that allows players to create their own levels. Developers also included a multiplayer mode for those who are interested.

Euro Truck Simulator

An arcade simulator of powerful trucks, developed by the experienced Czech studio SCS Software. Unlike the previous games created by this company (Hard Truck and 18 Wheels of Steel series), this title concentrates on European roads and vehicles, which were recreated with minute attention to detail. The gameplay focuses on traveling through Europe and delivering various types of cargo to selected destinations. During the missions the player visits streets of some famous European cities, including Rome, Berlin, Madrid and Prague. The cities feature their characteristic architecture and recognizable locations. The game is powered by the same engine that was used in the previous games developed by SCS, albeit greatly improved. Thanks to that, the routes are longer, the areas are larger and the vehicle models are even more detailed.

X-Plane 11

Another edition of one of the most advanced flight simulation games in development since the 90s by Laminar Research, a studio connected to NASA. X-Plane 11 does not deviate from the standards of the series in any way and offers its players the possibility of piloting a wide variety of civilian and military aircraft — starting from light planes, through giant passenger planes, and ending with helicopters. Traditionally, the game is characterized by impressive realism both in terms of the accurate recreation of available machines and flight physics. Compared to its predecessors, the production offers a revamped user interface, enhanced avionics, and even more detailed, fully functional 3D cockpits. Moreover, the title features new buildings and roads that better recreate the characteristics of Europe as well as airports that teem with life. There, we can see all kinds of vehicles, including maintenance and other AI-controlled machines.

Kerbal Space Program

This is the debut from the independent developer Squad. The game is an unusual simulator requiring the player to develop their own space program from scratch. Kerbal Space Program combines features of many genres, but the most important part here is an extensive ship editor, which allows the player to design and build their own, unique spacecraft. The ship is then supposed to fly and land safely on a moon of the Kerbin planet. The spaceship is built from various elements - each of them affects it in flight and serves a specific purpose. Thanks to a realistic flight model, the player is capable of observing the effects of their work and monitoring a set of parameters describing the ship. Apart from the basic, sandbox mode, the game offers a set of story missions requiring the player to recruit a team, conduct research, build bases and visit dozens of planets.

The product works as a kind of an operating system for Digital Combat Simulator titles. It provides a common service with a simple interface that allows us to combine games into a single installation and to manage their data. Not only does it improve their cooperation but also updates them automatically. DCS: World features mod support and a mission editor. The above features are complemented by a gameplay recording system and a multiplayer matchmaking mechanic.

PC Building Simulator is a unique production that is more of a training app than a game, where we will try ourselves in building a Personal Computer or learning how to do so. It was created by a single Romanian programmer known as Claudiu. When we start our adventure with PC Building Simulator, we have a simple PC case at our disposal and we have to put the motherboard, the power supply unit, the GPU, and other PC components in the right place. After doing so, we will have to connect them with the right cables. The game uses a simple and intuitive interface. The creator of PC Building Simulator was authorized by the leading manufacturers of PC parts to use the likeness of their products. Thanks to that, we will use PC parts that we can actually buy in stores.

The jubilee installment of one of the most popular series of railway simulators, developed continuously since 2001 by Australian studio Auran. The aim of the game is invariably to develop railway tracks together with the surrounding infrastructure, and then to travel along the routes created in this way in a realistically executed simulation mode. In keeping with tradition, the authors have reproduced an impressive number of locomotives in terms of appearance and parameters, ranging from old steam machines, through diesel, to electric ones.

A sandbox space simulator developed by Egosoft. It is the fourth full-fledged installment of the popular series X. Similarly to its predecessors, X4: Foundations focuses mostly on giving the players a freedom in how they want to play. At the beginning the player takes control of a cheap space ship with weak specifications. He is being thrown into the middle of an open galaxy. Depending on their choices, they can become a space merchant, a pirate, a soldier, a bounty hunter, an assassin, an explorer or a miner. The gameplay mechanics are more faithful to the first games in the series than to the newest installments. Many simplifications were removed in favor of mechanics known from X3: Terran Conflict, now improved and upgraded with some novelties. The player can pilot many types of ships that can be freely upgraded and modified. The dynamical game world is constantly shaped by player’s actions.

Car Mechanic Simulator 2014 is a simulation game, in which you play as a car mechanic. The game was produced by Polish studio Red Dot Games, known from e.g. American LowRiders, Rally Poland and Need for Russia 4. In the game, you'll be given the opportunity to fix several car models. There are over 70 repair scenarios, in which you have to find out what's broken and take care of it. Each virtual vehicle consists of about 150 components, and to disassemble them you need specialist tools. The repair results can be tested by driving the car on a test track. Car Mechanic Simulator 2014 features simple but pleasant 3d visuals with well-rendered car models.

An online sailing simulator developed by the Ukrainian developer, Game-Labs, whose members worked previously on the STALKER and Total War series. The action of the game is set between the sixteenth and the eighteenth century - a period within the so-called Age of Sail. The gameplay focuses on the exploration of the enormous game world, where the players can trade, take assignments, and participate in realistic sea battles. The game features faithfully recreated weapons from the period, including various types of cannons, mortars, and carronades. One of the game's characteristic, and very realistic, features is the ship handling, as the player can control each sail separately and the crew management is also rather complex. The visuals are powered by the Unity engine, which makes the game look better than one could expect. Also, the creators' dedication to recreate the ships as authentic as possible deserves praise.

An open world submarine simulator created in Poland by Deep Water Studio. The game takes place during World War II and the player assumes the role of a captain of a German submarine who completes various missions inspired by historical events. Mechanics of UBOOT combine the features of Silent Hunter and Fallout Shelter and the main task of the player is to take care of the crew. One must consider physical and emotional limitations of his subordinates, assign functions to them etc. Each crew member has his own personality and different weaknesses which can be revealed if the captain fails to keep balance between discipline and despotism. As the game progresses one can upgrade the submarine, but our opponents obtain new technologies, such as radar, as well. UBOOT is a three-dimensional game but most of the time the action is shown on a cross-section of the submarine.

While publishing new videos, one must constantly check their popularity and the number of subscribers of the channel, and based on that focus on topics that are currently very hot. As we gain popularity, we can invest in better equipment and faster internet connection. After some time it is possible to hire coworkers and join a partnership. The game contains many side activities as well – one can participate in various parties, hang out with friends and contact other creators.

The Sims: Medieval is a spin-off installment of the popular life simulator The Sims. The title was developed by Maxis. As the title suggests, the game takes place during the Middle Ages, albeit with a humorous spin. Similarly as in the other Sims games, the player must take care of the needs of the virtual characters. Depending on selected profession (for example king, knight, wizard, bard, blacksmith), the events are shown from different perspective and the available missions vary. The creators of The Sims: Medieval focused on immersion and allowed the players to have strong impact on the shape of the game world, including the looks of the characters.

Euro Truck Simulator 2: Vive la France!

The third official expansion pack for Euro Truck Simulator 2 from the Czech SCS Software studio - a game which has remained very popular since its release. The Vive la France! expansion does not introduce any changes to the gameplay mechanics or technology employed by the game. It focuses mainly on expanding the game area with the territory of virtual France. In the base game, only a small part of this country was recreated. Now, the players receive the virtual representation of the entire country and a much more detailed map. Apart from that, the already existing regions of France (Paris for example), were rebuilt in order to match the level of details delivered by the expansion.

Car Mechanic Simulator 2015

A sequel to the unique simulation game developed by Polish studio Red Dot Games, whose first edition, released for PC and mobile devices, proved to be a big commercial success. Once again, we assume the role of an owner of car workshop, and our task is to build a good reputation by repairing customers’ machines. Unlike the previous installment, this game offers randomly generated missions, and limits the amount of time we are given to complete them. 16 car models are available in the game, each of them consisting of more than 200 interactive parts that need to be checked to identify the fault. In addition to the typical repair jobs, we can also carry out tasks encompassing visual and mechanical tuning, as well as - a new addition to the series - renovation. The cars we acquire on special auctions can be restored and either sold for profit, or kept for our own use, thus building our own unique collection of vehicles.
