Desperados 3 - Price and Content of Collector's Edition
Price and content of the collector's edition of Desperados III, which will be released on PCs, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the summer, was revealed. The set looks quite impressive, and its most interesting element is... a music box, which plays a fragment of the soundtrack.
THQ Nordic and Mimimi Productions presented the content of collector's edition of Desperados III. PC version of the game costs $109.99, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One releases are priced at $119.99. What do we find in it?
This is a collector's edition in all its glory.
The package you see in the picture above will contain:
- A copy of Desperados III;
- Figurines of the game's heroes (John Cooper, Kate O'Hara, Doc McCoy, Isabelle Moreau, Hector Mendoza) ranging from 12.7 to 15.2 cm;
- A spinning music box playing a fragment of a soundtrack;
- The official soundtrack on a CD;
- The official artbook;
- Eight postcards;
- Season Pass, consisting of three new missions set after the events presented in the basic version of the game;
- Premium box.

Meanwhile, it is worth noting, that Desperados III still does not have an official release date. As announced in February, the game from Mimimi Productions will make its launch this summer. Fans of the series have been waiting for the third installment for almost fourteen years (the second installment of the series, Desperados 2: Cooper's Revenge, went on sale on April 21, 2006, and Helldorado, released a year later, was not an official sequel), they of all people will certainly last a few more months (even if the release takes place closer to September than June). Other people who are sharpening their teeth for the title can check out the earlier work of the studio, which is very similar in terms of mechanics, Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun.
