Steam Deck in the Hands of a Gamer - Looks and Works Great

Valve has started sending out the first units of Steam Deck to people in the industry. Mike Rose, CEO of No More Robots, had the opportunity to test several games on the console. In his opinion, they work superbly.

Steam Deck will be coming to gamers around the world this December, but well-known industry figures have already had a chance to test out Valve's console. One of them is Mike Rose, founder and CEO of No More Robots - publisher of such games as Yes, Your Grace or Descenders. I have mentioned these two titles not by accident because they were tested by the CEO of the company on Steam Deck. And supposedly they work superbly. The dev published two short videos on Twitter, so you can see for yourself.

Yes, Your Grace and Descenders may not require a supercomputer - both also came out on Switch - but the fact that they run on Steam Deck at 50-60 fps on the highest visuals settings speaks well for Valve's console. If it becomes the sole focus of PC game developers to implement controller support, Steam Deck could prove to be a real hit.
