RPG Wartales from Northgard Devs Launches in Early Access
In a few hours, Steam's Early Access will see the launch of Wartales, a promising RPG from the devs of Northgard.
- Three regions, offering a total of about 30-45 hours of fun;
- 550 items;
- 240 skills;
- 30 character classes.
Wartales will go on sale this afternoon. The game by Shiro Games, devs of Northgard, combinies elements of strategy and RPG.
The game will debut exclusively on PC in early access on Steam. It will be unlocked around 7 am PT.
Devs predict that the Early Access stage of Wartales will last about 12 months, although it is possible that the full version will be released earlier. The team, however, does not intend to rush and version 1.0 will be released only when it is ready.
The release, which will debut today in early access, will offer three regions. Each of them will provide about 10-15 hours of fun. The gameplay will be additionally extended by the system of creating new challenges. For the purposes of the Early Access version 550 items, 240 skills and 30 playable character classes were prepared.
During Early Access the devs are planning to add new regions and enemies to the game. The list of items, classes and skills will also be expanded. Alternative game modes will also be introduced.
In the case of Northgard, the early access worked perfectly and the final version turned out to be a big hit. We hope that Wartales will be similar.
