Back 4 Blood and Two Other Launches on Xbox Game Pass in the First Half of October

We've learned the list of games that will hit Xbox Game Pass in the first half of October. Three of them, including the highly anticipated Back 4 Blood, will launch in the service. Destiny 2: Beyond Light will also finally come to PC.

We got to know the list of titles that will be coming to Xbox Game Pass in the first half of October. This time we have three games that will be available on Microsoft's subscription service on launch day. These will be Back 4 Blood from the devs of Left 4 Dead, The Riftbreaker and a promising adventure game The Good Life. In addition, PC owners among the subscribers will finally be able to play Destiny 2: Beyond the Light. Combined with the recently added of Marvel's Avengers and Scarlet Nexus, this makes for a pretty good selection of relatively new releases. The full list of titles that will appear in Game Pass, as well as those that will leave the service (along with platforms and dates), can be found below.

What's new in Xbox Game Pass

What's leaving Xbox Game Pass in the near future:

  • GoNNER 2 (PC, consoles and cloud) - unavailable from October 15
  • Heave Ho (PC) - unavailable from October 15
  • Katana ZERO (PC, consoles and cloud) - unavailable from October 15
  • ScourgeBringer (PC, consoles, and cloud) - unavailable from October 15
  • Tales of Vesperia HD (PC and consoles) - unavailable from October 15
  • The Swords of Ditto (PC) - unavailable from October 15

Some titles are regularly removed from Game Pass and it will be no different in the first half of October. The jRPG Tales of Vesperia, the nice platformer GoNNER 2 or the classic-inspired Katana ZERO will disappear. If you're curious about all the games that appeared in Microsoft's service so far, I recommend you take a look here. However, more titles that will be available as part of it will be revealed in the second half of the month.
