In Linder Kemm's mansion you can meet Cat The Appraiser. Speak with her. Use Persuasion to get a quest in which you must find three valuable items that are hidden somewhere in the vault.

When you get inside, you must watch out for Lucian The Warbinger statues. They are rather slow so you can avoid them. However, if you decide to fight with them, you should use Source Vampirism ability. They must be weakened first before you use it. You can recognize that moment with ease. The statues start glowing blue and you can notice a status that informs you about them being inactive.

The items that you must find are:

1. The Cup Of Kings

1. Painting Of Divine

1. Scroll Of Eternity

Find them all and go back to Cat.

Reward: 77,600 experience points + 3 guaranteed rewards + 1 out of 4 to choose from depending on your character's class + gold
