One of the categories of collectibles in System Shock Remake are Skully skulls. On this page of the guide we have posted a list of all 10 secret skulls. You will find out where they are hidden and what are the requirements to reach them. Finding all the skulls from our list will unlock the Head Hunter trophy.

Preparations before searching for skulls
Skully are the best hidden secrets among all available in the game. Almost all skulls are in higher decks which the hero initially can't reach.
Wait with searching for Skully skulls until you get the Turbo-Motion Boots V3 which will allow you to fly vertically and reach secret locations. We described the V3 boots in more detail on the Wares page. You will find them in the northwest part of the Systems Engineering deck. After obtaining them, we recommend that you return to the Medical deck and collect the missed skulls from the next decks of the station.
Finding and activating all 10 skulls is rewarded with the Head Hunter achievement.
Skully #1 - Medical

Enter the corridors in the north-west part of the deck. Look up here. Use V3 boots in the place shown in picture 1 (V2 boots will not be enough).
Fly to the top secret area and grab the skull.
Skully #2 - Research Labs

Get to the south-west room in which you previously had to deal with radiation on the way to the isotope X-22. In the place shown in picture 1, you can use the boots to get to the higher shelves.
The last flight will allow you to reach a secret location with a Skully.
Skully #3 - Maintenance

As you progress through the story, you will have to unlock Gamma Maintenance section in the southern part of the map. Examine the western part. In the place show in picture 1, you can activate the boots and fly to the top shelf.
Skully is in the upper area.
Skully #4 - Storage

Start in the middle of the map next to the Recycle Station. You can use V3 bootsand fly to the upper hatch shown in picture 1.
After opening the hatch, crouch down and reach the secret location with the Skully.
Skully #5 - Flight Deck

Visit Flight Bay 1 in the northern part of the map. In place of picture 1, use the boots to get to the roof of the shuttle and then fly from it to the upper eastern balconies.
Open the passageway and you'll discover a secret area with a skull.
Skully #6 - Executive

Visit the apartment in Beta Quadrant. In its north-western part there is a secret area above the green logo shown in picture 1. Use the boots.
The secret location has the Skully.
Skully #7 - Reactor

Get to the western part of the deck. Use the boots in the place shown in picture 1 to get to the top.
You'll discover a secret location with the Skully.
Skully #8 - Systems Engineering

Start in the central Core room. Stand on the highest balcony in its southern part and look up. You need to reach the higher metal beams using the V3 boots.
Eventually, you will reach the upper secret area with the skull.
Skully #9 - Security

Advance enough to reach the northern red bridge leading to the place where you fight the boss Cortex Reaver.
Don't go to the boss's lair. Stand on the red bridge and face south-east. You must use V3 boots to reach the small shelf of the central tower marked in picture 1.
After a successful landing, open the north-eastern upper door of the tower. You'll find a room with a skull.
Skully #10 - Bridge

Get to the western room of the Bridge, where you have, e.g. a Mod-Kit Station. Look at the northern wall and look up. Use V3 boots to get to the top.
You'll find a Skully upstairs.
