The key to discovering the the Pizza Chef's secret lies in lost cargo - Pizza Chef's Misanga. It's a random lost piece of cargo you can find by exploring the map. It appears in random places at random times. If you come across it, take it with you - you must deliver it to the Pizza Chef.
Once the misanga is delivered, the door to the Pizza Chef's bunker will open. Go inside - you will get attacked by two sword-wielding mechs. You have to get rid of them.
