What is CONVERGENCE: A League of Legends Story about?

As you can deduce from the title, this is a spin-off to the famous League of Legends in a 2D platformer form. Ekko, the character known from the main installment, operates here in the metropolis of Zaun. City is destroyed by the activities of a local criminal organization. With his ability to travel through time, Ekko has a chance to save the city and its inhabitants. As in Braid, rewinding time is a key mechanic here. This aspect plays a bigger role here than fighting. Rewinding time also allows you to correct a failed jump in platform sequences. The game has a pleasant, cartoonish visual layout.

What makes it worth playing?

The game was very warmly received and should please more than just the biggest LoL fans. This is one of the best 2D platformers released this year. The time manipulation mechanics turned out especially well, enriching the standard platformers gameplay plus we can find here some elements of metroidvania genre. CONVERGENCE: A League of Legends Story will provide everyone with a significant challenge, a memorable plot, and a lot of fun from the game.
