What is Tails: The Backbone Preludes about?

The prequel to the game Backbone, released in 2021 by EggNut studio, titled Tails: The Backbone Preludes, transports us to a strange, dystopian version of the city of Vancouver, inhabited by anthropomorphic animals. We play the roles of four different heroes, following them at different points in their lives. While watching them from the side in the classic point'n'click perspective typical for adventure games, we explore locations, talk and above all make decisions of different importance. The game was made in the pixel art style, with a large mix of noir atmosphere and jazz music, which creates a truly unique atmosphere.
