Commandos 2 and Praetorians Remasters in January; Beta-tests Announced
Kalypso Media company informed that the remasters of Commandos 2 and Praetorians will not be released this year. In December there will be closed beta-tests of both productions to be held for consolation.
Fans of classic strategy game definitely have no reason to complain about the end of the year. Tomorrow is the launch of Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition , and Warcraft III: Reforged, Commandos 2 HD Remaster and Praetorians HD Remaster are on the horizon. Unfortunately, we will have to wait a little longer for the last two titles. Kalypso Media gave the exact release date of both games. Remasters will be released on PC on January 24. In Spring, they will launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and, in the case of the second installment of the, on Commandos seriesNintendo Switch.
As a consolation, the publisher announced that it would organize beta-tests for both remasters. Those who place a pre-order in the official Kalypso Games store will be able to check Commandos II HD Remaster and Praetorians HD Remaster on December 13. In both cases, players will have access to a revised tutorial, campaign and skirmishes. In the case of Praetorians we will also be able to play in the online mode. In addition, it has been ensured that updates will be available in the coming weeks to fix issues found by testers on an ongoing basis.
