How to get Sludge Filled Canister in V Rising
Sludge Filled Canisters can be found in houses around the Gloomrot or you can loot them from chests in enemy camps but if you would like more reliable way of obtaining them, they are possible to craft.
Manufacturing them is a multi-layered process. It all starts in a new area added to the game with the latest update – Trancendum Machine Factory in Gloomrot South. Be on your guard as this is a late game area. There you will find a boss – Ziva The Engineer. Defeating her and extracting her blood will reward you with several recipes, including the one for Empty Canister but also the Fabricator.
The latter is a new refinement station used for assembling materials and is necessary for crafting Empty Canisters. Creating one in Fabricator requires 1x Iron Ingot and 4x Glass.
With Canisters in your inventory, you can proceed to find green-yellowish pools of toxic sludge marked on the map with yellowish colour. Approaching them will allow you to fill your Empty Canisters with sludge giving Sludge Filled Canisters.
How to use Sludge Filled Canister in V Rising
Sludge Filled Canister is a material used to craft other items like Radium Alloy (about which you can learn more here) and Mutated Rats. Below you can find recipes for those:
- 4x Radium Alloy requires 1x Sludge Filled Canister, 4x Sulphur, 60x Tech Scrap (Crafted in Furnace)
- 6x Mutated Rats requires 1x Sludge Filled Canister, 4x Gravedust (crafted in Vermin Nest)
