We will have to wait for the premiere of Cyberpunk 2077.

In two weeks this year's edition of the E3 will begin, and with it we will see the presentation of many games. For many, the main attraction of the event will be presentation of Cyberpunk 2077, announced a week ago by CD Projekt RED. There are also rumors of a possible release date, but apparently it will not happen this year. At least that's what Jason Schreier from Kotaku says on Twitter where he denied the rumors about the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 in 2019.

Of course, this is not an official statement of the game devs, but the message can be considered as almost confirmed. Jason Schreier has repeatedly obtained reliable information. Other reports on the new game from CD Project RED confirm his version. Although Cyberpunk 2077 will appear on E3 2019, the participants will not be able to play it, which probably means that the work is far from complete. We also know that the studio does not intend to have its employees work as much as in the previous game, which would rather be necessary if the developers would like to have the launch by the end of the year. Add to this the ongoing work on the second large project of the Polish company, which is to be released no later than 2021. In this context, the debut of the title within the next six months seems somewhat doubtful.

Polish studio doesn't really want to release its new game so quickly.

This does not mean that the rumor about the E3 reveal of the game's release date can be put between fairy tales, but to confirm or deny it we will probably have to wait until the presentation. So far, we can only arm ourselves with patience.
