Kao the Kangaroo Trilogy Back on Sale

GOG.com has released digital versions of games from the Kao the Kangaroo series. Thanks to this, the entire series is available on the market again.

The announcement of a new adventure of Kao the Kangaroo meant that fans of this cult series could consider the previous year as much more successful than most gamers. However, this is not the end of pleasant surprises for fans of the series. GOG.com just released the entire Kao the Kangaroo trilogy in digital version. Until February 22nd we can buy the set of three games 10% off.

Until now, players who did not own the boxed editions of the Kao the Kangaroo trilogy could only get acquainted with the second installment of the series on Steam. Reportedly, it did quite well, which encouraged the developers to announce a new game. However, in an interview with PolskiGamedev.pl magazine [in Polish] in December, the developers said that a digital release of the first installment is "practically impossible" because it would be a complicated and "really big" investment. Apparently, the response from players was so enthusiastic that Tate Media decided to tackle the challenge.

As for the fourth game, in November we had the opportunity to see a very short gameplay. Later, the developers treated us to some smaller materials, such as concept arts and short gameplay presentations. New Kao the Kangaroo is to be released this year, although no exact date was provided.
