Subnautica Devs Work on Project M; Release This Year
Krafton has announced that a new game from Unknown Worlds Entertainment, the studio behind Subnautica, will hit early access in 2022. Its codename is Project M.
When informing you about the acquisition of Unknown Worlds Entertainment by Krafton, we wondered what the fruits of this cooperation would be. Now we learned that the creators of Subnautica are preparing a "unique turn-based strategy game" set in a science fiction universe. Its codename is Project M and it is to debut in early access by the end of 2022.
It is worth reminding here that Krafton is another game company which has become interested in both NFTs as well as creating its own metaverse. Will Subnautica and the mysterious Project M will become a part of it? That remains to be seen.
