Important places in the Luminous Bathhouse
1. Pool. Pay the Steward 1,000 gold to enter it (you can also use Insight 4) - you will receive Adratic Glow blessing (bonus to empower and power source points).
Ganor is the owner of the bathhouse - you can pay him for a room to rest (for 190 gold: +1 Constitution and 25% Healing; for 380 gold: restoring 2 health points per 6 seconds and +1 to maximum power source; for 760 gold: +25% duration of positive statuses and +10% to range of attacks and abilities), and hire adventurers.
You can listen to Udyne's story and choose unique dialogue options for characters with high Intellect and History, she is tied to Serafen's personal quest called A Sorcerer anda Gentelman (M34).
3. Guest room. Check the wardrobe to find Degnos' satchel among other things - this item is a part of Sealed Fate side quest (M15,8).
5. Boiler room. Check the western side of the room to find a secret passage to the laboratory of Arkemyr's Manor - The Archmage's Vault side quest (M15,3).

Visiting the Luminous Bathhouse is recommended if you want to complete a more challenging quest in Neketaka. The reason for that is to receive (temporal) bonuses to stats either by resting or using the pool (blessings).
