Pillars Of Eternity 2: Ori o Koiki - Map
The map above shows the island of Ori o Koki inhabited by the natives. This location is related to a number of optional tasks of Pillars of Eternity 2 Deadfire, during which you can communicate with the natives and help them or murder the most important people from the village. The main part of the village and the sanctuary where the local chief is found are to be examined.

Important places in Ori o Koiki
2. Elevator. After approaching the elevator, an interview with Kipeha will automatically start. You can provoke her to fight, leave, pay 1000 gold, use Diplomacy 8 / Bluff 9, warn about plans of slave hunters (quest Tip of the Spear - M37) or rely on the queen (quest Fruitful Alliance from M25 - say the slogan "Over crumbling mountains, across blighted seas"). Convincing Kipeha will lead to the unlocking of the elevator. If you've broken the trial, you can reach the sanctuary from the waterfall (M38,4).
You can trade with Kipeha after you've used the lift and she'll have several things to sell e.g. a unique ring, supplies, food and alchemy ingrediens. She also offers free rest (without a stat bonus).
4. Cliff. You can climb the wall to reach the side entrance to the sanctuary (M38,5). A character with high Survival can perform reconnaissance. A character with high skills Athletics and Survival, can pass the test of climbing (finding a safe route) - his collapse, can lead to the emergence of injury.
7. The main entrance to the sanctuary. Auata knows a member of the Tekehu team (it's worth traveling with him around the village).
Aparo is guarding the entrance to the sanctuary - you can talk to him to be let in, leave or attack the natives.
11. Throne room. The chief Ruasare stays here. You can kill her and other important natives to fulfill Tip of the Spear (M37) (open fight or trick) quests or help the natives deal with slavers, starting a new Barbarian Alliance quest.
Next to the throne, there is a secret pressure plate - touching it, opens the passage to the room with treasures (M38,12). In the chamber, there is a closed chest with an eight-level lock - it conceals a high-quality club, armor and belt. Other chests are open - you will find, among others cape, shoes, jewels and gold.

Other information related to Ori o Koiki
It's a good idea to visit the island in the company of Tekehu, a "full-fledged" member of the team, which you can recruit in the Watershapers Guild in Neketaka (M33,1). It will guarantee you many more dialog options, including during a conversation with Auata, before entering the sanctuary.
The interests of the natives "quarrel" with the interests of slave hunters from the Crookspur Island (M37). You have to make a decision about allying with only one of these groups. You can specifically murder the natives, at the request of slave hunters, or help the natives, deal with the hunters and release the people they are holding.
On your way to the village, you can visit the orchard to get fruits. There is also an explorable shipwreck near the island, but you need to take your own ship to get there (it is not possible to get there by land).
