Important places in Vailian Trading Company Headquarters

1. Luka's office. You can meet with Luka during Coming to Terms (M11,13) side quest.

Chest with a level 8 lock - contains Forged Contract (related to the aforementioned quest), a scroll and gold. There is also a hidden stash that contains a jewel and gold.

2. Washroom. You can reach the washroom by going through the sewers in Queen's Berth (M11,14). This allows to sneak inside the building at night.

4. Governor's office. During the day you can ask for an audience with governor Luevy Alvari. You can receive Terms of Trade and The Storms of Poko Kohara quests. You could've also unlocked The Storms of Poko Kohara earlier (meeting with the Royal Deadfire Company) - in that case it will only be updated.

The doors to the office are locked at night - level 6 lock. The wardrobe has a level 7 lock (the key is in the desk) - inside, you can find clothes.

7. Director's office. It's inaccessible at first - you must complete "The Storms of Poko Kohara" quest. An attempt to open the door after breaking the lock will result in an attack.

Director Castol can give you the "Dirty Laundry" side quest. The office contains books, director's diary, and a chest with loot (opening it automatically triggers a fight; it contains shining adra dust and a lot of gold).

[Vailian Trade Company] Terms of Grade - Speak with Lueva Alvari (M18,4).

[Missions] The Storms of Poko Kohara - Speak with Lueva Alvari (M18,4). An alternate way of starting this quest is in the Imperial Command (M23,6) - speak with Atsura.

[Vailian Trading Company] Dirty Laundry - talk with Director Castelo (M18,7) after finishing The Storms of Poko Kohara.

Vailian Trade Company is one of the bigger factions in Pillars of Eternity 2 Deadfire. Visit their headquarter during your first visit in Neketaka. Thanks to that you will be able to deal with quests related to this faction early in the game.

The entrance on the terrace can be found on the first floor. There, you can find, e.g. a pet. The descriptions of the "attractions" that await your party there can be found on the map of Queen's Berth (M11) (the game loads this map again upon entering the terrace).
