Unlocking the task

You have to tackle another task first: Interview cafeteria manager. We have described it on a separate page of this walkthrough.

In the aforementioned task, Garte from the cafe at Whirling-in-Rags will give you the first clue. It's Sylvie's phone number, who's a former cafe employee.

Talking on the radio with Sylvie

You can call Sylvie via the radio in Kim's car. His vehicle is parked south of the hostel exit.

An interview with the former Whirling-In-Rags employee can go various ways, depending on whether you pass the Empathy skills checks.

You'll learn that it wasn't Sylvie who called the police and unfortunately, she does not know who could have done it. You will receive a lead related to the Dockworker's Union.

Conversation with Klaasje

The task is not yet completed. In order to unlock the Speak to the assault victim task, you have to make some progress in the main storyline.

Meeting Klaasje Amandou on the Whirling-in-Rags balcony will allow you to complete the task and find out who really reported the crime. You will receive 10 XP.
