Realistic Physics Mod makes driving a virtual truck seem more realistic – improved in-cab shaking, braking effects, different weather conditions, and improved suspension performance.
The ride becomes smoother and the truck's behavior is more reliable. There's nothing else to do but hop into the truck and set off on the next route.

SiSL's Mega Pack – Additional Accessories
Don't you sometimes feel like personalizing the cab of your favorite truck and putting in accessories that suit your style? If so, SiSL's Mega Pack mod is the perfect solution.
The mod adds over 400 different gadgets in the game, including electrical devices, scarves, toys, snacks, refreshers, steering wheel covers, etc. There are also Christmas trees and even Star Wars accessories. Animal lovers will also be pleased, as the author has made it possible to travel with your favorite pets.
Apart from that, the mod includes several customizable items, such as a photo frame, a mug or a flag of your own country.
The mod is not fully compatible with version 1.46. Users reported problems with the in-game GPS system, but this is probably the only hindrance.
