Fallout 4: Kendall Hospital

This building is an abandoned, and destroyed, hospital. Inside, you encounter lots of raiders and in the underground, there also is a deathclaw. Still, it is a good idea to stop by, because you find a lot of (highly) valuable items here.

1. Behind the counter, under the desk, there is a safe (expert level). Inside, there is a lot of ammo and a pistol.

Some of the safes are well-hidden and difficult to spot.

2. Elevator on the first floor. Take the ride to get to the other part of the building.

3. A huge crack in the building. It is crisscrossed with lots of planks and it extends over several floors. Watch out or you fall. At the very bottom, there is a Deathclaw, so if your character is not sufficiently strong, be careful there.

4. Switch at the bottom of the crack. Thanks to it, you open exit door [5].

5. Exit door. To open it, you first need to restore power [4], and press the button. Nearby, there is a fusion core. You need to go through the tunnel fast, because it is highly irradiated. At the end, there is door to the surface.
