Fallout 4: Revere Satellite Array

The location is an old communication base with many satellites. Currently it is occupied by large horde of supermutants, some of whom are equipped with powerful weapons. You will visit this location during the Lost Patrol quest.
If you will walk upstairs in the middle of the base you will find U.S. Covert Operations Manual on the table,
On the dish in the northeastern corner of the complex you will find a power armor frame and Fat Man. There will be also an ammunition chest,
Not far north from the location there is an abandoned convoy that can be noticed from the dishes. There you will find almost complete power armor with a fusion core inside the truck.
