This abandoned lab is now the battleground between mercenaries. There is only one path across the building, because side rooms and passages are blocked off permanently. Thanks to the fact that mercenaries fight among themselves, they pay little attention to you and the killed can be a good looting opportunity. The aim is to descend to the lowest level, where you can get from the outside (master lock).

At the upper floor, there is a fusion core and an issue of Tesla Science,

Crates are in the lab and you cannot take them with you

In the underground, there are canisters which you can use to craft unique grenades - the mercenary that is guarding them has a masking device,

In the green container, by the exit, there is a key for the door at the end,

One of the canisters with the hallucinogen can be sold to Allen in Rexford Hotel in Goodneighbor as a side quest.
