It is a small location that serves as bandit camp. It is best to reach it from west, as from south it is additionally protected by a small group.

Bandit group is commanded by one of unique enemies - "Boomer" is equipped with a power armor.
The location can be transformed into a settlement, so try not to destroy too many infrastructure elements.
