Watch out especially for one irradiated Ghoul - it's much stronger than the rest.
Most trailers contain ammo, medicine and weapons.
One of the trailers is locked with a Master lock. You can find a T-60 power armor complete with a fusion core. You can find the key in a safe, in the main building.
Another trailer contains a Life & Love.
