Diamond City is one of the key locations in the game - Fallout 4: Diamond City - Center of Boston - Sector 6 - Fallout 4 Game Guide & Walkthrough

Diamond City is one of the key locations in the game. Although the area that the town occupies is not large, there is a secret, a curiosity, or a quest in every corner. You can accept a dozen-or-so main quests and side quests, replenish your supplies and even buy a house.

After you complete one of the main plotlines (all of the quests for one of factions), in the town you can meet representatives of that faction, and also flags on flagpoles change.

While visiting the town in various points of the storyline, you can witness to several situations that start side quests.

At the moment, when the in-game date corresponds to Christmas, or to Halloween, the market place will be properly adorned.

Around the market place, there are four bases, just like in baseball. If you run around sufficiently fast, you will be rewarded with an additional achievement.

In the town there are two message boards. The first one is to the left of the Swatters [17], and the other one in Dougout [21]. Thanks to them, you can receive random quests of, e.g. eliminating a group of enemies, such as super mutants or gunners.
