This small, destroyed and abandoned house doesn't hide much, but there is a small riddle to solve here that will give you access to the basement of the building. In the house and in front of it there are many ghouls of various type, it is wise to surprise them with mines.

The first key to the bedroom

Go to the first floor after entering the building. There, in the lonely desk you will find bedroom key. The bedroom is on higher floor. Inside the drawer you will find a basement key. In the basement you can collect items from the chest behind a net (of course after you eliminate another group of ghouls).
