Fallout 4: Forest Grove Marsh

Forest Grove is a small town in the north-eastern part of the sector. You won't be able to enter most of the buildings.

The town seems quiet, but if you kill one Ghoul, around a dozen more will appear. Be prepared for the fight, have a shotgun or an assault rifle in your inventory.

Use one of the sets of stairs to reach the roof of the building. You'll see that there are bridges between almost all of the buildings. Try to visit all of them to collect some valuable items.

While going to the docks, you can enter one of the building. There, in the corner, you can find an entrance to a room with generator that is covered with boxes. Unfortunately, there is nothing of value there, apart from a few average items.
