Fallout 4: Trinity Tower

This is one of the tallest buildings in the game and, additionally, you can climb to the very top. This location is connected with a short quest, where you need to free Rex Goodman and super mutant Strong from the tower, by climbing to the very top over stairs, collapsed ceilings and using elevator.

At the very top, there is an unique enemy - super mutant Fist armed with an upgraded minigun. The key to the prison is in the green crate in the corner. You can leave the location using the external elevator.
Strong can become your companion, after you complete the quest in this location,
In the prison at the top, there is a Melee Bobblehead,
Around the location, there are five safes of varying difficulty.
