This small location has only one own quest that is connected with clearing the location of gunners. Several of them are also staying outside of the building. You will not be spotted, after you enter, which lets you do your job the stealthy way. After you eliminate the opponents, walk into the ring to receive your payment.
For clearing the location, you receive 100 caps, additionally you can take Cait as your follower, who also has a quest for you, if you win her high acceptance.
