A quite big building close to the police precinct. Inside, there is a group of, around, 7 super mutants.
Loot meat bags. In most, you find ammo and other valuable items.
All of the opponents are in the South-Eastern part of the buildings. You can surprise them and attack, e.g. with grenades.
In the room, where there are enemies, there is a fire. Next to the fire, you can find lots of ammo boxes, and a very good rifle and armor in the biggest one.
Next to the fire, on a small platform, there is an issue of Guns and Bullets.
