The title also features fifty challenges in the arcade mode and the so-called “Dish Challenge” in which the players eliminate hordes of enemies. The gameplay of The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile focuses on the player constantly moving forward and eliminating dozens of enemies who sometimes are accompanied by stronger bosses. The player uses unusual weapons – the samurai can use a giant syringe and a “hammer of brutality” and his sister is equipped with a chainsaw. The title features unusual, comic book-like graphics and dark, psychedelic atmosphere.

King Kiemarl Ednas gives our hero a task of exploring and inspecting a mysterious crypt that emerged after one of the earthquakes. While fulfilling his task he awakes the Five Dragons – ancient powerful beings that bestow Adol with their power so that he can stop the impending cataclysm. The gameplay focuses on exploration of various locations, combat, and conversations with NPCs in order to progress the story. In combat, we use conventional weapons, spells, and special abilities which we can combine into powerful combo attacks. We can assign attacks to specific buttons, just like in the series' previous installments. Ys Seven features an atmospheric soundtrack and eye-pleasing visuals.

Gravity Rush (also known in its native Japan under the name of Gravity Daze) is a third-person action game, whose plot is set in Hekseville, a city modeled after towns from 19th and 20th century. We play as a heroine named Kat, who loses the memories of who and where she is. When our protagonist discovers she can manipulate gravitation, she decides to use her power to help the city’s inhabitants, which is constantly being destroyed by powerful gravitational storm. The gameplay comes down to exploring subsequent areas of the city, rescuing its endangered inhabitants and fighting monsters called Nevi that were summoned by storm, with the last activity coming down to finding their weak points. Kat’ strength comes from the aforementioned ability to control gravity, thanks to which she can e.g. float above the ground, walk on the walls of buildings or bounce from enemies flying in the air.
