An extremely popular MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) game, produced by Riot Games. League of Legends is set in Valoran, a fantasy world that has been torn by a bloody war for centuries. However, the opposing nations found another way of resolving disputes – duels fought by their representatives in the arenas. The game has been designed with multiplayer mode in mind, based on rivalry between two teams composed of several people. Each player controls one character. The key to the victory lies in cooperation between the team members and the ability to make good use of the individual strengths of each character. The game is using free-to-play business model with optional micropayments for some items and features.

A mobile online game which combines elements of shooters and MOBA games. Brawl Stars has been developed by the creators of Clash of Clans, Hay Day, Boom Beach and Clash Royale. The game features only a multiplayer mode. The players get to select one of more then a dozen available characters, each featuring different weapons, assets, and a special ability, after which they enter arcade battles taking place in special arenas. As the player's character is developed, their battle potential increases. Brawl Stars offers several game modes, each introducing a different set of rules. In Smash & Grab, two 3-player teams fight each other with the objective of capturing the crystals that are growing in the center of the map. In Heist, two teams face each other and, in turns, defend a safe or try to rob it. The third mode – Battle Royale – allows up to 10 players to fight until there is only one character left alive. The last of the game modes is Bounty, in which one acquires stars for eliminating their foes and loses them each time their character dies.

Online action game representing the popular Multiplayer Online Battle Arena genre; developed by Blizzard Entertainment, initially as a mod for the cult RTS StarCraft II. The title takes us to a fantastic world of Nexus, where the best-selling Blizzard universes of Diablo, StarCraft, and WarCraft come together. In this world, we participate in online battles between teams of several people assuming the roles of well-known characters from the abovementioned games. Each of them falls under one of four classes – assassin, warrior, specialist, or support – and is characterized by their own set of unique skills. The teamwork is the key to victory. The 20-minute long duels taking place on different arenas have one goal: to take over the opponent’s base and not let them do the same with ours. The authors emphasize the user-friendliness of gameplay and control system, making the game accessible even for inexperienced players.

A mobile MOBA game and the first production of the Spanish studio Omnidrone, founded by experienced game developers. In Titan Brawl you participate in intense battles, during which you have to destroy the totem of the opposite team, while at the same protecting your own. The game is a typical representative of its genre, although the gameplay has been simplified, compared to similar productions for larger platforms. You play as chosen characters, which you can develop as the game progresses and who are accompanied in battle by AI-controlled supporting units. The battles take place on simple maps with no alternative paths, and last three minutes; the key to victory is assembling an appropriate team, whose members can support each other with their abilities. The game focuses on multiplayer battles, although it also features a single player mode.

Heavy Metal Machines is a fast-paced FREE TO PLAY Car Battle MOBA that combines unique gameplay on a post-apocalyptic world of Heavy Metal. Action in Heavy Metal Machines is presented from an isometric point of view and each player controls a single car. Team bases are located on the opposing sides of the map. The team that manages to deliver a bomb to the opponent’s base and destroy it, wins. There is only one bomb, so players have to fight for it (like for a ball during a football match). Heavy Metal Machines offers many characters, each of them having a unique vehicle with special abilities. Cooperation between the players is very important in Heavy Metal Machines. There are three roles the players can take: transporting the bomb to the opponent's base, intercepting enemies, or supporting their own team (by repairing their cars or interrupting their opponents). These roles are not assigned to any character, but the characteristics of particular cars can make some of them much easier.

A browser version of the 2009 real time strategy signed by Tom Clancy. It was created by the developers of the original game – the team of Ubisoft Shanghai. The game takes place in year 2030, 10 years after the events of the first title. Due to a great war between the three great super-forces, the Earth has been ruined and plunged into chaos. Joining the game, we choose either United Europe or Russia and take part in battles taking place on the ruins of our world. We can play by ourselves, concentrating on completing solo missions connected to the story. But the core of the gameplay are the one-on-one skirmishes based on MOBA productions, where we command units possessing both strong and weak points. Those can be upgraded as the game progresses. Results of the following battles influence the overall situation around the globe and contribute to victory of one of the factions.

A science fiction MOBA strategy game and the debut project from Swedish-French studio Lightbulb Crew. The action of Games of Glory takes place in a universe centered around the city-state called Arkashan. From among many races, the most prominent ones are the so-called Kshanti, the effect of genetic and technological evolution of humans. To prevent further escalation of the conflict between these factions, the eponymous Games of Glory were created, in which five-player teams fight battles on special arenas. The players assume control over a group of clones of five different classes that offer unique abilities and weapons (melee and firearms). The competition occurs in several game modes of varied victory conditions and prizes. Games of Glory introduces a couple of novelties to the MOBA genre by combining elements of strategy, shooter, and hack ‘n’ slash productions. The title is designed primarily for e-sport purposes.
