Diablo 4 Open Beta Coming Soon? Schedule Reveal Inbound

Could Diablo 4 open beta testing be just around the corner? Not impossible. The game's producer suggested that we will know their exact date next week.

The release of Diablo IV is still a few months away - as long as Blizzard doesn't suddenly announce a new felay, that is (studio employees suggested some problems recently). Nevertheless, the impressions of those who had the opportunity to play the new installment were mostly positive. It is possible that soon we will all get the opportunity to see the quality of the game for ourselves.

It's no secret that Blizzard is planning open beta tests of Diablo IV. However, it is not known when to expect them - except that "soon" .. This is the answer given by the game's producer, Rod Fergusson, when asked by a fan on Twitter.

Fergusson's somewhat ironic statement should be seen as a sort of nod to the fan. Indeed, Blizzard will appear in February just at the type of event the producer mentions. It will be the IGN Fan Fest, scheduled for February 17 and 18.

In addition to Diablo IV it will showcase such games as Redfall, Hogwarts Legacy, Street Fighter 6, The Elder Scrolls Online, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Layers of Fears, AEW: Fight Forever and Homebody. Learn more about the event in the trailer below.

This does not mean, of course, that the open beta tests will start already in February. However, one can hope that their date will not be too far away, counting from the date of the event organized by IGN.

As a reminder, let me add that the premiere of Diablo IV is scheduled for June 6, 2023. The title will be released on PC, PS4, PS5, XOne and XSX/S and will require a constant internet connection.
