Horizon Forbidden West Outfit Added to Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut
A new patch has been released for Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut. It adds, among others, the possibility to unlock Aloy's outfit from the upcoming Horizon Forbidden West and a new difficulty level for survival mode.
- Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut received patch 2.15;
- It adds a new difficulty level for survival mode and an outfit inspired by the upcoming Horizon Forbidden West;
- You can get it for solving the puzzle at the repaired Wind Shrine in the north of Iki Island.
10 days remain until the release of the PS4 and PS5 exclusive Horizon Forbidden West. Will the game manage to conquer the hearts of players the way the Japanese island did a year and a half ago in Ghost of Tsushima? We'll find out on February 18, although the creators of the latter game have added a little bonus to the director's cut version of their game.
- The developers have posted a following message on Twitter:
"We are so excited for Horizon Forbidden West from our friends at @Guerrilla! While we wait, today we’ve released a new patch for Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut that repairs a Wind Shrine to the north of Iki Island. Solve the puzzle there to earn an Aloy-inspired surprise..."
- It is worth noting that the "surprise" at this point is only available to owners of Ghost of Tsushima's Director's Cut edition.

Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut also received a new patch - on both PS4 and PS5 - numbered 2.15. The full list of changes can be found here. Here we will mention that it adds a seeker's attire to the game, which can be unlocked by going to the location described in the aforementioned tweet.
- The outfit is inspired by the one Aloy might wear in Forbidden West;
- Interestingly, the shrine mentioned is just one of several dedicated to the winds. They are sort of references to other well-known PlayStation titles, such as Shrine of Ash refers to the God of War series, and Shrine in Shadow refers to Shadow of the Colossus.
- In addition, the patch implements a new, platinum difficulty level for survival mode.
