Star Wars - Disney May be Working on a TV Series About Ahsoka Tano

It seems that the story of Ahsoka Tano may not end with the second season of The Mandalorian, in which she will appear as a guest. Rumors suggest that the heroine may receive her own series on Disney+.

Ahsoka Tano will return in her own series?

IN A NUTSHELL:

  1. Ahsoka Tano may get her own series on Disney+;
  2. The rumour, which appeared in two independent sources, suggests that the series is supervised by Dave Filoni;
  3. The title would be a kind of sequel to Star Wars: Rebels.

Some time ago we informed that Ahsoka Tano, female Jedi from the animated series Star Wars: Clone Wars (she also appeared several times in Star Wars: Rebels) , will appear in the second season of The Mandalorian. This character will played by Rosario Dawson. It seems that the heroine can also receive her own series on Disney+. The reports were presented by two independent sources - the FandomWire website and the influencer Daniel Richtman, known as DanielRPK (he shared this information on Patreon, as reported by CBR.com).

The editors of FandomWire claim that the title will be a kind of sequel to the aforementioned Star Wars: Rebels and will focus on the search for the protagonist of that series, Ezra Bridger. On the screen we would once again see characters such as Hera, Zeb, Sabine Wren, Chopper, Bo-Katan Kryze or Admiral Thrawn. According to these reports, the new title is to be supervised by Dave Filoni (producer of Clone Wars and Rebels).

Who wants to know what happened to Ezra?

Of course, this information hasn't been confirmed by Disney in any way, so take it with a grain of salt. It is worth noting, however, that recently we have heard about the company's plans for a female Star Wars series, which is to be taken care of by the co-founder of Russian Doll, Leslye Headland. Who knows, maybe it's this very production (although the reports so far have suggested that this work will be set in a different historical period than the last live-action productions, which does not quite fit this puzzle).
