Risen 2 Dark Waters: Blades for Cooper

Quest giver: Cooper [#1]

In the central part of Puerto Isabella, there is a workshop owned by Cooper [#1], the local blacksmith who specializes in all kinds of blades. He complains of having too much responsibilities - the needs of the Inquisition are large, and there's no one else in the area who could help out in the smithy. Well, almost no one.

The Nameless Hero can hire himself out to help the blacksmith in the smithy, but only on one condition - he has to know how to make weapons. Cooper himself can teach you the skill as long as you have a fat amount of cash (1000 Gold), and your Blades skill is at least 6. Rich in new knowledge, you can offer to take on some of his responsibilities. The blacksmith will welcome you with open arms.

Swords are forged on the anvil. You don't have to look far.

When the quest begins, you'll receive five Sword blanks and instructions to make that many Epees. If you don't have schematics for it, you need to buy it from the blacksmith - the price is 1500 Gold! But that's not the end of it. To forge this weapon you need not only the blanks, but also Gold nuggets - if you've neglected to collect them in caves or extract them from ores, you may have trouble completing this quest!

Armed with the ingredients, go to the anvil and forge the weapon. With five in hand, approach Cooper to tell him you've finished. The quest will be completed and you will receive the Soul Caller's Sword hilt.
