Risen 2 Dark Waters: Garcia's Ship

Quest giver: Cordobar [#1]

You'll get this mission in the Natives' village if you talk to Cordobar after your conversation with Corrientes. Leave the village and head north. Pass by Angus (see: The Deserter) [#2] and go straight towards the sea. Use the boat [#3] on the beach to get close to the old ship [#4]. Keep in mind that you'll be attacked the moment you get on board, so prepare beforehand - it's best to take a companion with you. Jaffar won't be too helpful here considering his fighting skills have a lot to wish for, but Patty or Venturo can prove very useful. When the enemies are dead, you'll complete the quest Seize Garcia's Ship.

Watch your back!

Afterwards, don't forget to look around the deck. You can find a Map in the captain's cabin (see: The Treasure on the Pirate Coast), and right next to it - the Logbook of Garcia himself (see: Garcia's Logbook). The second item is necessary to complete the game.

After looting everything there is to loot, report back to Cordobar. If your Silver Tongue is at least 60, you can also share the tale with Valdez [#5] - he'll give you 300 Gold.

Rewards:

• 200 Glory points for completing the quest;
• 100 Glory points for each Ship guard killed;
• 75 Glory points for killing the fat Ship guard;
• 50 or 100 Gold for reporting back to Cordobar;
• 300 Gold for reporting to Valdez.
